1.  Been dating this guy for a month now but I just don't feel anything there. No spark but I told myself I shouldn't build a relationship based on initial passion. But the last couple dates I've found myself bored. He never seems to remember anything I tell him about my personal life and that annoys me. 

1.  How do you explain to your dates when they ask you why your marriage didn't work out? There were many reasons why mine didn't work out mostly due to him being a BPD toxic emotional abuser. But I always try to tip toe around that because I always come off sounding like a crazy babbling idiot when I go into specifics.

Severe anxiety has plagued my sex life for years, how do i make hook up scenarios feel safer so i can enjoy going to pound town in peace?

My day today pilates coffee w dad, uni bus, train feel good spending kess money better for the environment chatting w friends in the bud or just listening to a podcast or staying out of the window 

Or even help ong out those random people. 

Saying hi to random people. e.g being at college its easy to feel like oh everyone’s friends that’s fine ect and all of that but its also up to you to reach out and everything. 

Do some breathing, some meditating and get back into it. 

Use a notebook or something

Could record this this afternoon or something 

I reckon I’m in the vibe to record this woogoo 

Even say about the tip of carrying out a notebook and it feels more special than texting and I can jot down my thoughts so much because I’m romanticising my life and enjoying the process and I love daydreaming and thinking of things and I don’t want to forget my points sometime I used to hate douce I couldn’t focus and now I love it because I often have ideas for lots of things and I’m always doing things 

Night routine is important and all 

I want to make some wellness episodes so hopefully people do enjoy listening to those and the girl talk one I think people should I’d I expand my niche and stuff coz there’s a huge segment for this sort of stuff on tik tok and Spotify and all of that it’s just a question of attracting those people 

How to be present in the moment

How to practice gratitude everyday 

It’s all related seriously 

Even talk about my outfit and how I feel good it’s not that deep but also it’s your own routine who cares what anyone thinks

some of the things I mentioned:

1. Your brain mind and body are here forever, take care of it. (your body is a temple treat it with respect). 

2. people who truly love you are the ones who believe In you more than you might believe in yourself. 

3. reward yourself for working hard. 

4. to do your best you need to be healthy/happy physically and mentally. 

5. wear sunscreen everyday 

6. You are never too old to try something new. (you may as well try). 

7. keep your promises. 

8. your relationship with your family/parents matter 

9. hard work is the answer. 

10. learn how to be unapologetically you. it will save your life and make everything worth it. 

11.  Not every has the same intentions as you. dont assume that everyone has the same good intentions. (you will figure it out tho). 

12. find someone you can laugh with whether its a romantic or platonic friendship/relationship 

13. some people don't like you simply because you are a reminder of everything they are not. 

14. its ok to ask for help. 

15 they way people act towards you isn't necessarily a reflection of you 

16 question everything 

17 always point out the positives (glass half full not half empty). 

18 what's meant to be will find its way back to you/an opportunity that's meant for you will find you.
