“I was turning 21 and thought, “Why not start a 21 day challenge?”

(8:30) Health Has Been the #1 Change I Have Realized.

“When I went to my annual checkup, my doctor lowered the dosage of my asthma medicine. I have never had a lower dosage in my life- it was literally from my diet.”

“This was closely tied to taking dairy out of my diet.”
