In fact, these 7 areas should be mandatory in all business mentorship programs. The 7 areas covered would give the apprentice the greatest opportunity for success as an appraiser regardless of whether or not the trainee stays in the mentor's company or goes out on their own.

Although one of the chief complaints amongst potential mentors is that they are training their competition, by training an apprentice properly, the chances of an apprentice leaving your organization drops drastically. Blaine goes over the strategies and what to teach so as to create the best atmosphere for growth and longevity within the mentor's company.
