Hey friends, today's hot topic is about the XL bully ban in the UK which made it illegal to sell, give away, abandon or breed from an XL bully since 31 December 2023, and illegal to own without a certificate of exemption since 1st Feb 2024.
We discuss why this ban came about, both sides of the argument and our personal feelings on this emotionally charged topic.

In today's episode, we discuss a HOT topic on veterinary fees in the UK. The CMA has launched an investigation into the veterinary industry in general, and the narrative around costly veterinary fees (we feel, is unfair) and this is a vet student and new grad vet's take on the issue.
*Spoiler alert: we are not in it for the money, we care and do our best to help animals everyday yet are misunderstood*
