If this world is a Simulation, as evidence appears to point to, then only the body within the simulation can actually die. You must begin to think of your self as a multidimensional being temporarily bound to 3d form. Only that form dies. Your consciousness “shifts” until your time is served as a particular avatar and then you move on. In between you can still interact with the consciousness of people whose avatars you loved and lost.
