What do schizophrenics, hallucinogenics and video games have to teach us about reality?

They say life imitates art, but what if life was a futuristic, multidimensional, quantum art form. What if your higher-self incarnates multiple times into the same life, each death a draft or sketch or layer, building up to a perfectly imperfect masterpiece of a life?

What does “survival” look like in the 21st century, in the age of mass consumption of media at the detriment of the actualization of one’s self? The dumb motherfuckers are popping out whole gangs of kids, while the smart motherfuckers who SHOULD be passing on their genes, are adopting chihuahuas. At this rate, humanity as a whole is gonna be dumb as shit in 500 yrs.

Imagine that free will is an illusion, that everything you’re experiencing has already been pre-scripted and you’re just the consciousness experiencing it and if you make your self aware, you start paying attention, you start seeing where the people who created you are taking artistic license with your story. What would you do in that situation? How would you try to drive the story?

If time is relative then perhaps not everyone experiences time chronologically. What if some people can somehow communicate with future versions of themselves. What if your future self can affect your present behaviour? This episode was created literally in the midst of such an even happening to me. It was just as trippy recording it as it will be listening to it. And I’m still slightly tripped out.
