Soap Secrets

This week on Soap Secrets we look ahead to EastEnders’ 35th anniversary and wonder what Coronation might do for their 60th anniversary at the end of the year.

One thing’s for sure though, the Mitchell's worries are going to continue in EastEnders and there are difficulties ahead for Shona and David in Coronation Street, will she survive being shot over Christmas?

It’s a big week in Hollyoaks with poor Tony finally being saved from the pig farm, but will his wife be pleased to see him? We’ll talk about all this and more in this week’s episode.

This week on Soap Secrets we discuss and reminisce about our favourite soap storylines of the year, with all the emotions that came with them.

EastEnders had its fair share of drama starting with Mel marrying bigamist Ray, and Phil also had a tough year, with his wife and daughter falling pregnant by the same man.

In Coronation Street, it was the year of Gary’s dark side, we ponder whether he will continue to get away with the factory collapse, and October brought the hugely emotional scenes of Sinead’s death.

One night out in Emmerdale changed several characters' lives forever, with Maya’s grooming exposed and Victoria suffering a horrific attack. We discuss all of this and more in this week’s episode.

This week on Soap Secrets is all about Christmas and what’s coming up over the Festive period.

There’s plenty of drama; in Coronation Street there’s a siege, and Phil finally finds out who the father of Sharon’s baby is in EastEnders, and there are shocks in Emmerdale with the arrival of two babies.

To round it all up, it’s the wedding day of David and Rosa in Casualty, but will they go through with it? All this and more is discussed in this episode of Soap Secrets.

This week on Soap Secrets, EastEnders take the glory in an episode of Strictly Come Dancing for Children in Need. There’s more drama to come between Moira and Cain in Emmerdale and we wonder whether Robert has killed Vicky in Coronation Street?

We chat about Honey finally breaking up with Adam in EastEnders and going to visit Billy, only to find that he’s not alone, and there’s a shock arrest in the Mercedes’ shooting storyline in Hollyoaks. All this and more is discussed in this week’s Soap Secrets.

This week on Soap Secrets we’re joined by another of our soap experts, Alison Slade, and we’re looking back at the greatest soap weddings, from Scott and Charlene’s big day in Neighbours to Mick wearing Linda’s pink dressing gown in EastEnders.

Elsewhere in the episode, Linda is on a downward spiral in EastEnders and will we find out what Jade’s motives are in Coronation Street? There’s also a marriage proposal in Casualty. All this and more is discussed in this episode of Soap Secrets.

This week on Soap Secrets, we talk about Linda and Mick’s concerns over whether their son has autism, in Albert Square, and discuss whether Robert’s double life will be exposed in Coronation Street?

Cain and Aaron get into trouble this week in Emmerdale and we learn that Jac is starting to fall apart in Holby City.

Will Ste finally escape the far right group in Hollyoaks? All will be discussed in this episode of Soap Secrets.
