Ron had a friend at the gym that was talking about maybe dating again after her recent divorce. Ron recommended she focus on herself for now and not dive into a relationship. Also politics were going on at the gym. There is a girl that does not smile or talk to anyone and is not very friendly. Ron talks about you are going to run into people like this in life and don't let them bother you or bring you down. 

 Ron talks about how humor in a social setting can be a game changer. Also talks about struggle and when you set goals know it will not be an overnight success. You will have to work at it. It takes time. Speaking of time, Ron said based on the national average, and if everything goes perfectly with his health, he has an average of 16 more years left to do what he wants and needs to do. You have to be positive and not worry about things that have not happened yet. Don't Fret! Also sometimes you need to take a break and reset. 

 Ron talks about not giving up on yourself. Find a way to stay motivated to hit your goals. People give up to easy. Stay away from toxic people that are pulling you down. You are going to have struggles in your life. When you struggle, and become uncomfortable, you will become a stronger person. 

 Ron talks about staying the course on the right path to achieve your goals. Also talks about marijuana and how it is bad for you and not healthy. Why are people not motivated? Why are some people successful and others are not? Ron talks about the importance of consistency. 

 Ron was at the gym and had a flat tire. A friend came in from outside and said he had a flat, and offered to change it for him. He said thank you but I got it. Ron talks about if you have a chance to do something for someone that is helpful or nice, do it and don't expect anything in return. Ron talks about Prodigies and how they become the best in whatever they do starting at a young age. Most people are not a prodigy and you have to work hard at everything you do to get where you want to go. 

Ron talks about mentorship and the importance of hanging around the right people. He also talks about the first business he ad and the journey to his repair business and other businesses. He felt like everyone was stressed out. We have to focus on the positive to keep moving forward. Exercise also helps with stress. Also he had a 5 year old girl at his Jiu Jitsu school ask him..."Ron why do you work out because you are old". This put things in perspective and he go a laugh out of it. 

Ron was watching a video at the gym while on a stair master and some guy was showing off all his money on screen. Money does not define you or your self-worth or image. Also a girl at the gym got on a stair master next to Ron and started going faster than him, and it motivated him to do more and go faster. Surround yourself with the right people.

 Ron talks about distractions part 2. Why it is easy to get off track when you are trying to improve yourself or hit your goal. Talks about a friend at the gym that built a successful business and sold it, and both agreed you have to pay your dues and earn the success every single day. Lack of motivation, depression, drugs and more are distractions that can keep you from reaching your goal. Ron used to be quiet and introverted when young, but worked hard at it to be confident and outgoing.
