You don’t have to be an “Alcoholic” to recognize there is a problematic relationship with alcohol. It is scary to think about a life without alcohol when it is so normalized and embedded in society and we don’t know an alternative reality. Your relationship with alcohol doesn’t need to be all or nothing; sober curious? ;)
