Lyer joins us from Southern Ontario, Canada in this episode where we talk about staying clean and sober through the holidays and a pandemic. We have some good laughs with a side of seriousness too.

Lyer shares his own past experience on slipping and losing his sobriety over the holiday season and what he was thinking when that happened. We talk about how the holidays can be a very difficult time for some who grew up in dysfunctional families when holidays and drinking went hand in hand with fighting and loud arguments.

We share some tips and tricks to get through the holidays clean and sober and also talk about our favorite Christmas movies Terminator, Die Hard, It’s a Wonderful Life, Elf, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Home Alone, The Sound Of Music, and TV Married with Children, The Office, Christina Applegate, Wally World, Ben Is Back etc.
