We discussed the past week’s A-League player movements in Stealth Scoops. This week’s show focused on the A-League Grand Final between Brisbane Roar and Western Sydney Wanderers where the Roar were winners in extra time. We caught up with Dimitri Petratos from Brisbane to get the reaction and update on celebrations from his team. We had a chat with James Gardiner from the Newcastle Herald surrounding the siging of new Jets coach Phil Stubbins. And then there were two. Week one of the A-League finals saw two very tight games. We reviewed them both and previewed this weekend’s semi finals. We again caught up with Ray Gatt as well as Mel Carle our expert tipster. With a tinge of sadness we spoke with Damien Davies from Aussies Abroad and the main topic was the tragic passing of future star Dylan Tombides. Three rounds left in the EPL and while Liverpool hs the edge nothing is certain with many teams with still plenty to play for. There was even time for a heated discussion between Chubba and AndyO on the development of football in Australia versus overseas.
