As leaders, we are in an empowering role. We must uplift others and learn to connect with them.

It’s important to be able to add value to others. You also want to make sure you earn their trust.

We must remain teachable and disciplined. You don’t need to go at it alone. Even the most influential have a team in the background. Always help those you meet on your journey.

You must set goals in order to improve yourself. Who you are is who you’re gonna attract. Have a vision and honor everyone on your team.

Start by knowing your dream. Then build the right team. Check your motives and navigate them.

You will face criticism as a leader. This will help you face it. Do you really know your people? This will aid in learning how to know them.

The importance of a leader being a good follower can not be overlooked. Find a mentor and continue to learn and grow. Always remember to keep the warrior mindset.

This is my transition episode. Now that I have a little experience under my belt, I wanna reintroduce myself to my new listeners. I wanna let my long time listeners know I’ll be expanding on my content.
