Meet Zenya, she is interested in sustainable housing and learning as much as possible about the Tiny Homes movement. In this episode she interviews Daniel Ott from True North Tiny Homes in Hamilton, ON. We learn about what a Tiny Home is, the benefits of living Tiny and how Tiny Homes can help with poverty and climate change.

Amy is a youth who is in grade 10 at R.I.S.E. Academy. She is interested in helping girls and teens love themselves, feel confident in their own bodies, to speak up for themselves and to be happy with who they are. In this episode she interviews Kim Tackaberry, founder of GLOW (Girls Leading Others Wisely) to learn more about how she can help with this issue.

In this episode Zenya and Kenzie interview Lauren and Meghan from Period Packs Ottawa. Lauren and Meghan saw a need for period equity in Ottawa and decided to do something about it. Listen in as the girls hear about how they got started, what they are doing now and where they are going. The girls discuss how they are helping women who may have barriers to accessing menstrual products here in Ottawa.

Bob is a black hockey historian in Ottawa and has joined forces with a few of our Change Makers on a project called #blowthewhistleonracism. Bob was the first black hockey player to play for St. Mary’s University and the first black hockey player in the Atlantic Intercollegiate Hockey League. Bob continues to advocate on behalf of the black hockey community.
