In this episode we talk about our 2019 highlights and lessons learned. We wish you all a lovely festive season and we hope this break is kind to all of you. We would also like to know how 2019 has been for you so feel free to let us know. Merry Christmas and many blessings for 2020!

This week's episode is focused on how we manage winter and deal with the change of seasons in our lives (in the physical and metaphoric sense). We were joined by 3 beautiful women, Fiki, NK and Alexa, who also shared their own experiences with dealing with tough seasons. This was a fun, heartwarming conversation and we hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed recording it. In this week's episode, we've decided to talk about our self care journeys and struggles, before and while we are in college. We feel that we all need to start taking better care of ourselves in order to participate fully in our everyday lives. We also recognize that with school, some moments are tougher than others, and that so often taking care of ourselves ends up taking the back seat. The use of just “cis” in the podcast implies that the hosts could have been referring to cisgender queer folks as well, which is not the case.
