Chad Anderson is an uber-competitive individual with a gorgeous wife and three young boys. He loves dogs as much as people. His passions are the University of Alabama, the Chicago Cubs, and golf. Chad grew up a sports nut while playing baseball, basketball, and golf. He and his family attend Journey Church in Brentwood and enjoy traveling, sports, and getting outside as much as possible. He continues to fulfill a sports dream by shooting in the high 80's at The Governor’s Club and acting like it’s the US Open every time he tees it up.
He is the Area Manager for Nashville, Knoxville, Johnson City, Huntsville, and Birmingham. Chad’s daily goal is to educate mortgage professionals on how to take the products and platform at loanDepot and expand their business through problem-solving, marketing, business development, and creative consulting. Their goal is always to dominate the competition. People ask him “what’s enough” or “why aren’t you happy.” They not only want to win but they want to win in such a way that second place looks at their position in the market as unattainable.
loanDepot’s retail offices opened in Nashville and Huntsville in October 2014. Since 2015, they have grown to over 90 employees and increased production from $46m in their first year to closing over $1.2B this year and serving over 4,500 families!
Chad believes that every individual who wants to succeed at elite levels and has the right work ambition should be given the opportunity to achieve greatness. He sees many situations where managers are not true leaders and cannot help elevate a person’s business. He believes education, perfecting someone’s industry craft, sales ability, and relationship building are all key to developing a top-level professional in today’s market.
He also has a passion for educating society on life's financial fundamentals due to the system’s failure in properly teaching individuals about the basics. He says people are never taught how to invest, how to file taxes, how a mortgage works, how to buy a house, how to utilize life insurance or how to set themselves up for future retirement. Think about that. Schools don’t teach you that. But they make sure you know how to use the quadratic equation! He wants to help people understand facts so they can make educated, adult decisions.
