Mexico enters as more stable period and has growth set up. It does become a little more democratic. Overall changes have been positive though challenges remain. This is part 2.

I begin with discussing Crony Capitalism- which many nations have including the US- So it is difficult to start up and compete with large corporations. The odds are stacked against you.
