In this episode, I talk all about quarter planning in private practice - what it is, why it works, and how it can help you stay focused and intentional throughout the year. Running a private practice often means wearing many hats, and without a plan, it's easy to feel reactive instead of proactive.
I break down how quarterly planning gives you a clear, manageable framework for setting goals, tracking progress, and adjusting as you go. We'll explore how to reflect on what's working, prioritize what matters most, and create a roadmap that aligns with both your professional and personal values.

In this episode, I talk about holidays in your private practice—how to plan for them, take them, and actually enjoy them without guilt or stress.
When you work for yourself, taking time off can feel complicated. There's the pressure to be available, the worry about income gaps, and the challenge of setting boundaries around your time.

I chat all things private practice: the biz and a bit of life.
In this episode, I talk all about energy leaks in your private practice... those subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) ways your time, focus, and emotional bandwidth get drained without you even realizing it. These leaks can show up in many forms: unclear boundaries, underpriced services, constant rescheduling, cluttered systems, or even just saying "yes" when you really mean "no."
If you've been feeling depleted, stuck, or like your workday is heavier than it needs to be, this episode is your permission to step back, reassess, and protect your energy with intention.

I chat all things private practice: the biz and a bit of life.
In this episode, I talk all about a common question that comes up when starting a private practice: Do you really need a niche right away? There's a lot of pressure to define your niche from day one… who you serve, how you help, and what sets you apart, but for many new practitioners, that clarity doesn't come instantly.
Whether you're feeling stuck because you haven't "niched down" yet or questioning if your current niche still fits, this episode offers reassurance and perspective to help you move forward with more clarity and less pressure.
