In this special we speak with Valencia Alvarez who was recently a Masters of Public Health student at Washington University in St. Louis and is a Community Organizer for migrant justice with Migrantes Unidos (https://www.migrantesunidos.com/). Alvarez is originally from Southern California and her family is from Mexico.

Alvarez is in legal limbo after being arrested at WashU during a Palestine Solidarity Encampment. She has also been told her degree will not be conferred to her until December. In this special we discuss her situation, the experience of the encampment at WashU and the ongoing struggle for Justice for the Palestinian People and all oppressed people.

In this interview we speak with Zoairia Lyric and Abul Momen.

Zoairia Lyric is Nuclear Engineer living in the United States who was a student of Physics at University of Dhaka in Bangladesh. Abdul Momen is a Radio Chemist who grew up in Bangladesh and also attended the University of Dhaka. The University of Dhaka is the epicenter of the recent student protests. Momen calls these students "the vanguard" of the movements that has recently lead to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigning and fleeing the country.

In the interview we speak about the history and movements in Bangladesh as well as discuss the new interim leader, Nobel Laureate Mohammed Yunus.
