It's once again time to go down, down, down the witches road as Socially Distanced gathers a coven to give instant reactions to the Agatha All Along finale.

Season 3, Wonder Man, Iron Heart, and Marvel's Zombies as well as a release date for Deadpool & Wolverine on Disney+.
Socially Distanced welcomes you to the second of their two-part Halloween Spooktacular series! This episode they head to Staten Island to discuss FX's hit series What We Do in the Shadows -- which is currently entering its finale season.
"The Human Star Wars" Encyclopedia" Amanda Rivas is in the host seat for the episode she curated -- as it turns out that her co-host Pop Break's editor-in-chief Bill Bodkin has never watched the series. At this point are you even surprised he hasn't watched something very popular?
They are joined by Gigi Ford from the Conculture Podcast who also happens to be a diehard fan of the series. In this episode they discuss the Jackie Daytona-centric episode "On the Run," the star-studded "The Trial" and the very bloody "Nouveau Théâtre des Vampires." They discuss Bill's enjoyment or lack thereof (we're not telling you) of the series, why Gigi adores the show and doesn't want it to end, and Amanda's love of all things from her favorite "human bartender."
In the pre-game they discuss the news from New York Comic Con 2024 including all the big anime news, cosplay, Marvel working with Magic the Gathering, Creature Commandos, Daredevil: Born Again and One World Under Doom.

Pop Break's Editor-in-Chief Bill Bodkin is in the host seat this week and is joined by "The Human Star Wars Encyclopedia" Amanda Rivas to discuss the current inductee class for the Rock Hall -- which airs live on (where else) Disney+ on Saturday October 19.
Bill and Amanda are joined by two music journalism luminaries -- Audra Tracy, the editor-in-chief of The Waster, and longtime friend of the Pop Break, Mike Heyliger of the Detoxicity Podcast, Mindful Vinyl and formerly Radio Free Brooklyn and Pop Blerd.
On the episode they discuss the inductions of Cher, Mary J. Blige, A Tribe Called Quest, The Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Ozzy Osbourne, and Jersey's own Kool & The Gang. The quartet discuss their shared confusion over why it took so many of these artists this long to get inducted. They also discuss how Mariah Carey, Oasis, Sade and Lenny Kravitz got the snub (but 2025 will likely be most of their years) while the window for Sinead O'Connor and Jane's Addiction is closing. They also feel really, really old by discussing how Coldplay, John Mayer, 50 Cent, and Gorillaz are now all eligible. They also pick their top "why aren't they in yet" picks like Cyndi Lauper, Soundgarden, Huey Lewis & The News, Diana Ross, Sublime and more.
In the pre-game Bill, Amanda, Mike and Audra talk about their songs, albums and concerts of the year. You'd be shocked how much Jack White and Willow (Smith) talk there is in this section.
What's your favorite scary movie?
That's right, the Socially Distanced Podcast is immersing itself fully into spooky season by watching the 1996 classic, Scream!
Now why choose a 28-year-old movie to watch this October? Well, for obvious reasons it's one of the most popular horror films of the last 30 years, it's a very relevant franchise, and like ... it's Halloween. But there is one other thing that play here -- Pop Break's editor-in-chief Bill Bodkin has never seen the movie, and he was a teenager when it came out!
Socially Distanced regular guest Ben Murchison is in the host chair this week as he is joined by Bill Bodkin, Amanda Rivas and Scream superfan (and producer on the film Mutilator 2) Ann Hale.
The crew is super-stressed as they wonder if Bill actually likes the movies and you can hear through most of the show! On pod hear about how Ann has multiple rooms in her home dedicated to Scream, the importance of Drew Barrymore to this film, the cultural moment that Scream captured, how it changed the teen market for film and TV, the best kills, the biggest laughs, and of course -- what their favorite scary movies truly are.
Pop Break heads to Gotham City to review the first two episodes of the hit MAX series The Penguin.
Bill Bodkin, is in the host seat, and is joined by co-host Amanda Rivas and the brand new dynamic duo of the Batman by the Numbers Podcast -- Dan Cohen and Kris Ingersoll of The Media Lit Podcast.
In the episode they discuss their hype level for the series, which serves as a direct sequel/bridge, to Matt Reeves' 2022 film, The Batman. They discuss Colin Farrell's surefire Emmy nomination, Cristin Milioti's show stealing performance as Sophia Falcone, the vibe of the series, the future of the series and will The Penguin's scheming work, and finally how they feel about the distinct lack of Batman in the series.
In the pre-game segment they do a DC Studios temperature check discussing the Lanterns casting drama, the trailer for Creature Commandos, and the new Dynamic Duo film and the potential of the new Superman film.
In a cold opening Bill thanks a lot of people who've helped make Pop Break what it is.

Bill Bodkin and Amanda Rivas are joined by Kriss Nunez of the BCP+ (making his Socially Distanced debut) and Jeff Grettler of the Dos Incredibles Podcast to discuss the long-awaited sequel to Beetlejuice.
In the episode they discuss their history with the film -- how it frightened Amanda, Bill and Kriss and how Jeff say it five times in theaters. They talk about their love for Tim Burton films like Big Fish, Batman Returns, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Ed Wood and Sleepy Hollow. They then dive head first into the film and what they loved about it (everything from Catherine O'Hara to the beloved Bob), and what notes they have for it -- in particular the overstuffed plot.
