This week Jessie & Stephanie are tackling a big topic: hiring help. Scaling is amazing, but it’s also hard work! At what point do you ask for some help?

The tricky part here is that sometimes in order to scale, you HAVE to hire help. But when is the right time? And who do you hire? And what should they do?

The first step: relinquish having control over every aspect of your business. This is a tough one for Jessie and Stephanie, who like to have control.

Ask yourself: Are you burnt out in your business? Are you burnt out in your personal life? It might be time to learn to delegate!

 Step two: figuring out what parts of your business and life you can pay someone else to do! Stephanie’s first hire? Housekeepers!

Ask yourself: What burns me out, that if I could hire someone to do it, would free me up to put more focus on the things that matter most… the people I love, and the activities that move the needle in my business?

But what about paying them? That can be a super nerve-racking part of hiring your first assistants! Listen in to the episode as Jessie and Steph break it all down.

Post Idea #2: Share a Story About a Past Client

You’ve probably worked with someone before who, without giving away any personally identifying information, you can talk about and share some things about their story that your followers will relate to. If you haven’t worked with many clients yet, you can share your own experience, too!

Post Idea #3: Share a Useful Tool

Share a website, app, or other resource that is relevant in your industry.

Post Idea #4: Share End Products of Your Service

What are you actually selling? Share it!

Post Idea #5: Answer a FAQ

What questions is your ideal client always asking you? What is your ideal client likely sitting on the other end of Instagram wondering?

• Nail your niche... because the niches are in the riches! (PS: How do YOU pronounce niche? Does anyone know if there's a "right" way?) 
• Solve their problems, and repeat that info often! If you know your audience, then you know what they're up against. Don't just tell them how to solve that problem once... show up and be consistent!
