You’re not imagining it. Modern life really does feel like an abusive relationship...one where you’re constantly gaslit into believing the problem is you. This two-hour rant ( which took longer to record than I had hoped ) traces that pattern across every part of life: work that drains you, schools that train obedience over imagination, media that monetizes outrage, food that makes you sick, and tech that tracks every breath while calling it convenience.From a psychological and spiritual perspective, this isn't some kind of coincidence. Society runs on the same abuse cycle: tension, explosion, reconciliation, calm. Stress builds, people burn out, the system offers quick fixes...and we repeat the loop. Every “solution” keeps you just functional enough to keep feeding the machine.I like trying to help people break that spell. You’ll see how burnout is ritualized, how schooling grooms compliance, how algorithms literally steer emotion, how advertising creates wounds to sell bandages, and how the modern world keeps you exhausted, sedated, and addicted. You’ll also see that there’s a way out...small, human acts that steal your power back: cooking a meal from scratch, resting without guilt, turning your phone gray, and remembering what real presence feels like.Running away from society works sometimes.But refusing to be programmed by it is better.Each moment of awareness, rest, and love becomes rebellion.
