Even though everything around us has closed and come to a stop, that does not mean our lives stop. It doesn't mean that time has stopped. Days are going to continue to press on so we need to make sure we are doing the same.

I believe that every person needs to know how to say no. We are always going to find ourselves in situations where no is what we need to say. It's amazing how many of us are afraid to say one simple word.
