Bg: Светлината на ранната пролетна сутрин нежно проблясваше между облаците и осветляваше пъстрото разнообразие на Софийският Централен пазар.
En: The light of early spring morning gently shimmered through the clouds and illuminated the colorful variety of the Sofia Central Market.

Bg: Николай стъпваше върху шарения калдаръм с усмивка на лицето.
En: Nikolay walked on the patterned cobblestones with a smile on his face.

Bg: Той знаеше точно какво иска – свежи домати, ароматен хляб и онова изкусително сирене, за което всички говореха.
En: He knew exactly what he wanted - fresh tomatoes, aromatic bread, and that exquisite cheese that everyone was talking about.

Bg: Милена пък беше дошла на пазара с друга цел.
En: Milena, on the other hand, had come to the market with a different purpose.

Bg: Тя беше решена да намери най-цветните и весели чорапи за своята колекция.
En: She was determined to find the most colorful and cheerful socks for her collection.

Bg: Щом видя щандът, изложен с чорапи във всички цветове на дъгата, очите ѝ заблестяха.
En: As soon as she saw the stand displaying socks in all the colors of the rainbow, her eyes sparkled with delight.

Bg: Стоян, старият пазарджия с бели мустаци, гледаше забавленията на хората, минали покрай неговия щанд с марули и краставици с усмивка.
En: Stoyan, the old market seller with white mustaches, watched the amusement of the people passing by his stand of lettuce and cucumbers with a smile.

Bg: Той беше свидетел на много заплетени истории, но нямаше представа, че днес ще се разиграе една от най-забавните.
En: He had witnessed many tangled stories but had no idea that one of the funniest would unfold today.

Bg: Николай, погълнат от мислите си и списъка с покупки, грабна първата торба, която видя до краката си - тази, която му беше най-близо.
En: Nikolay, absorbed in his thoughts and shopping list, grabbed the first bag he saw at his feet - the one that was closest to him.

En: He didn't even notice that he was jostling the twisted knots of excitable socks instead of the tomatoes and bread.

Bg: Когато Милена се завърна, за да вземе своята богата на цветове торба с чорапи, сърцето ѝ спря от ужас.
En: When Milena returned to pick up her colorful bag of socks, her heart stopped in horror.

Bg: Нейните чорапи бяха изчезнали!
En: Her socks had disappeared!

Bg: Вместо тях, там стоеше кутия с яйца и батерия от домати.
En: In their place, there was a box of eggs and a bundle of tomatoes.

Bg: След кратко разследване, Стоян разбра какво се е случило.
En: After a brief investigation, Stoyan figured out what had happened.

Bg: С помощта на останалите пазарували, той търсеше Николай навсякъде из района на пазара.
En: With the help of the other shoppers, he searched for Nikolay everywhere in the market area.

En: Finally, after much shouting and bewildered looks, the sock-filled Nikolay was found.

En: Both parties gathered around Stoyan's stand, and the exchange was made.
