Sofacast

For our 43rd Sofa Cast, the first after the return from hollidays, is by none other than Sabda.

A guy who's productions se always had admired, somehow he manages to always have his own signature sound, not easy in the endless sea of productions. It turns out he's an awesome DJ as well, the mix have been wearing out our speakers at the office, now its your time to enjoy

For our 42'nd sofacast we have invited Supercozi, mulittalented Japanese producer, label owner, and creative powerhouse.

Her style cant be broken down to genres, and eclectic is also a poor word in this context,

Have a listen to this immense mix, and as always, enjoy the ride.

41 episodes in, and this time we say hello to a pair of incredible storytellers, Najesh & Artišoko.

After listening to their podcast for Hekske we went nuts (like everybody else :), and simply had to contact them, and hope for the best, thankfully they said yes. Listening through their back catalog of mixes, it becomes obvious that this duo is something special.

Enjoy the ride

40 episodes in, our baby is growing, time flies by so fast :)

aka-tony is the man serving up audio delights for us this time, his sets are spanning over multiple genres, but always with an impeccable quality, mixing and vibe.

As always, sit back in the sofa and enjoy the ride

For our 39th episode, we have none other than stєlzєnlαєufєr, we heard heard a few of his mixes online, and mutually agreed that we really wanted a sofacast from him. Unique style, a super selector, always bringing something exciting to his mixes, something that makes you push the repeat button, this Sofacast is no different, enjoy.

For our 38th episode, we welcome good friend and main man behind • kośa • , Tarun.

Behind the scenes Tarun does alot of work uniting the labels and communities, and we deeply respect this work from a sofa point of view.

Besides this, Tarun is a talented DJ, with a big heart for storytelling.

We love his style, have a listen, we know you will too.

37th episode, and this one is a biggie, from our good friend, and absolute gem of a human being(and some say, a caped crusader at night) Thommie G.

We have always loved the sound of his productions, and mixes as well, Thommie's incredible edit of the hanging tree was also the first in our free sofa soundbites series, we couldn't have asked for a better start there.

I could keep talking here (and no, im not on Thommies payroll, despite the rumours on mixmag), but one thing i will mention, keep your eye out for a KILLER EP with Tommie later this year on sofa beats.... And now, we let the music speak...enjoy peeps.

For our 36th episode, we welcome Aslan Venom, a key part of the Berlin underground rave scene, Aslan musical spectrum is pretty wide, able to craft something unique out of many different genres and tempos.

For this sofacast he went downtempo, and in the artists own words:

melancholic, emotive and hypnotic vibe. A bit of hope, dreams and romance.✨

Enjoy the ride

35 episodes in, and we bring you this MONSTER of a sofacast from ᴰᴿᏇคཞɬє:๓คᏝ.

Over 4 hours of bliss and sunshine, perfect for these days where we long for the dancefloors more than ever.

As usual the selection is second to none, and we advise you to stay for the whole ride, you will be rewarded.

For our 34th episode, we welcome Ali Bakir, Ali wrote us on SC, and after a little chat we quickly found out we had a passionated music lover here, that fit well into our sofa sound.

Enjoy the journey, some excellent cuts and mood here.
