Soft, Earthen Futures

Channeling your medicine requires a process of initiation—a spiralic journey through time and ouroboric consciousness that unearths the latent magic and potency within you. This psychospiritual descent into body and soul invites you to explore the depths of the subconscious, the inner garden from which the fruit of your life will blossom and bloom. Initiations and their thresholds are profound opportunities to "Express the Bloom," maturing the medicinal power of your unique essence. Yet, accessing and expressing your medicine demands a willingness to journey into the void, to confront the subconscious, and to receive the vision, lens, and sight that lie within. This month, inside the Futurewriting Collective, we’ll explore how the process of channeling your medicine matures us into the unseen wisdom within, calling us to confront our shadows, embrace the darkness, and reclaim deeper access to the soul self.

We have made the creative process into a rootless whitepaper, a motherless child. We have made the creative process into a discursive scan for commas and form. We have forgotten the serpent’s wisdom, the ecstatic breath, and the spine’s electric currents. And it’s time to remember that the role of vision is not serve as an ego project or a standard of glass-ceilinged business, but, rather, a dowsing rod and a seer’s canvas for discerning what is needed in culture.

In this episode of the Inner Circle podcast, host Daje Aloh delves into a core framework of Storywork Studio, the "Map of Visionary Praxis," a framework that weaves together elements of cyclical seasons, archetypes, and vision processes to support the maturation of creative visions.
