Happy Mother's day and welcome back! It's season two of the Soft Life Me podcast and we're starting strong with Lydia, a women I look at as a true Proverb 31 women.

Friends.. How many of us have them? Navigating the world of friendships can be tricky as a single mom but once you find genuine friendship, it's a gift you never want to let go of. This episode is for single mommies struggling to make friends.

Over-thinking, over- analyzing, over-planning all have one common denominator.  Do you know what it is?  It might be time for you to take a step back and let God do his job.  Who knows? A shift in your position might be all you need.

Help me! I've fallen and I can't get up! Literally... I tore my achilles and my life has changed forever.  It feels like my life is in chaos but also.. it's one of the best times of my life.  The role I created for myself has officially gone up in flames.  In this episode, I'll talk destroying the self-role, being at peace in the middle of chaos, and Lott's wife, a woman who turned to a pillar of salt.
