In this episode, I share my personal journey from Catholicism to the New Age world and ultimately back to a deeper relationship with God.

For many years, I believed spirituality offered the freedom, healing, and connection I was searching for. Like many women navigating burnout, mental health challenges, and personal growth, I found myself exploring energy work, healing practices, plant medicine, manifestation, and other spiritual teachings.

Over time, however, I began to notice things that challenged my beliefs and forced me to ask deeper questions about faith, truth, discernment, and my relationship with God.

We’ve all heard the advice.

Why do relationships feel so heavy sometimes, even when the love is there?
