Getting your life together doesn’t have to mean becoming a perfectly organized, 5 a.m. routine, color coded calendar kind of person.
In this episode of Soft Spirals, I’m sharing the little systems I use to make everyday life easier as a Type B girly with ADHD. We’re talking timed lighting, “homes along the path,” romanticizing boring tasks, power hours, tiny wins, and more.
These aren’t strict routines or productivity rules. They’re small ways I’ve learned to work with my brain instead of against it.
Basically, less “get your life together” and more “make your life easier to live.”
Keep spiraling with me:

In Part 2 of “Halfway Through 2026 (Now What?)”, we’re turning reflection into action with a goal setting workshop focused on creating goals that actually fit your life, your values, and the person you’re becoming. 🖤I’m sharing my 7 step goal setting process, from dreaming first to creating realistic weekly actions, planning for failure, and building accountability. We’ll also explore the 8 Dimensions of Wellness reordered through Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and why building a strong foundation matters before chasing bigger goals.✨ Listen, reflect, plan, and spiral softly.📝 Free goal setting workbook available on the Soft Spirals website COMING SOON.
This is your reminder that you still have time.
In this episode's mid-year check-in, we're reflecting on the first 6 months of 2026, redefining what success really looks like, and creating an intentional plan for finishing the year with purpose...not pressure.
Together we'll talk about:
- Reflecting on your wins (even the ones you didn' t plan for)
- Resetting your goals for Q3 & Q4
- Summer side quests that bring more joy into everyday life
- Becoming 1% better through small, consistent habits
- Why it's never too late to rewrite the rest of your year
Whether you're feeling motivated, overwhelmed, behind, or simply ready for a fresh start, I hope this episode feels like sitting down with a friend for a gentle reset.
Ever feel like you’re falling behind even though you can’t quite explain why?
In this episode of Soft Spirals, I’m talking about the pressure of timelines, comparison, and learning to redefine success for myself. We’ll chat about why social media makes us question our own path, how small habits can create big change, and what it means to build a life that feels good instead of one that just looks good.
I’m also sharing one of my favorite self-care tools: my dopamine menu (yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like), plus a few journal prompts to help you reflect on your own journey.
If you’re in your twenties, navigating a career change, starting over, or simply feeling a little lost, I hope this episode reminds you that you’re not behind…you’re just becoming.
Take a deep breath, get cozy, and let’s figure it out together. 🖤
Love,
Ciara
Welcome to Soft Spirals ... a space for thoughts that start small ... and spiral a little.
In this first episode, I'm finally starting before I feel ready. I talk about being in my late 20s, navigating a transitional phase, and letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out.
Featuring the first "Scrambled Eggs" segment (a space for unfiltered, late-night thoughts) this episode explores the idea that your 20s might just be your adolescence ... part two.
This is a space for building a creative life, navigating career shifts, and figuring things out in real time ... not from a place of "I made it", but from a place of becoming.
For anyone figuring it out in real time, this space is for you.
Love,
Ciara
