This is a great convention, sponsered by Louisville Slugger, for all softball athletes and fastpitch softball coaches to learn more about how to improve all skills in the game. Arron, a former baseball player, now coaches and was looking to learn more about how to help his teams and began this conference for softball, and baseball! This is only the first year and has had a great turn out of coaches as well as players! Look into going next year at SoftballCon.net!

Former Team USA pitcher Bill Hillhouse told me I could come over and film him as he gave pitching lessone, so I did. The Fastpitch TV Show is sponsored by http://SoftballJunk.com. You can see more Episodes at our website http://Fastpitch.TV.

http://SoftballJunk.com is a great site for all your fastpitch softball bat needs!

Former Team U.S.A. pitcher Bill Hillhouse lets us have an inside look on one of his pitching lessons. This video is put together in clips. The first few clips are of the initial motion before the pitch, a few drills to improve wrist snap and how a pitcher should hold the ball. Continuing on Bill gives a helpful hint on how to control ball spin on a pitch as well as how to keep a pitcher's arm rotation as close to the body as possible as to avoid injuries. Bill then begins a new lesson and always makes sure to start with the "k" drill. With this drill Bill notices the mistakes that are to be corrected for that pitcher and then demonstrates drills to improve on those fundamentals.

While I was at the Softball World Cup I interview Team USA pitcher Scott Brown about the Face-off Faceguard he was wearing as he pitched. The Fastpitch TV Show is sponsored by http://SoftballJunk.com. You can see more Episodes at our website http://Fastpitch.TV.

http://SoftballJunk.com is a great resource for fastpitch softball bats.

In this video U.S.A. softball player Scott Brown talks to us about his Face Off Faceguard. It is light weight and completely protects the face while still allowing mobility for making plays on the pitchers mound. Because of the mask, many pitchers have escaped a lot of hurt from balls that have been hit directly back to the pitcher and even a few infielders.

She begins with mentioning that her and her teammate have currently signed their contract to play in Japan. Megan is now sponsored with Diamond Sports promoting their new catching gear! Megan's biggest aspect that she has for all the players is to always have self confidence!

Megan had never even heard of fastpitch softball until she moved to Arizona at the age of eight and really began working on her softball skills with her father and then took lessons with Ann Peterson.
