Absolutely. Here’s the whole Spotify description, cleaned up and with The Container properly included. I also think this flows better than our first version because The Container naturally follows the idea of not having to hold everything alone. Pasted text
What are you actually responsible for, my friend?
We're moving into Gate 50, the Gate of Values and Nurturing, and our fifth fear of Spleen Season: the fear of responsibility.
This deeply tribal energy carries an instinct to care for, support, nourish, and preserve. But when we're disconnected from ourselves, responsibility can become distorted.
We take on too much.
We avoid what really is ours.
We say yes when we mean no.
We care for everyone else while abandoning ourselves.
In this episode, Rosy invites you to begin somewhere different:
With you.
What do you value?
What nourishes you?
What are you actually capable of holding?
And is the life you're living a reflection of what matters most to you?
Through a simple core-values practice, Rosy explores Gate 50's movement from the shadow of corruption toward its gift of equilibrium, and the possibility of caring for others from overflow rather than self-abandonment.
Because supporting the people you love doesn't require leaving yourself behind.
This week, get curious about what belongs to you, what doesn't, and what might create more balance, nourishment, and harmony in your life.

What if letting go doesn't mean you failed?
We're moving into Gate 32, the Gate of Continuity, and our fourth fear of Spleen Season: the fear of failure.
But this fear isn't only about whether something “works.”
Sometimes failure looks like losing money. A relationship ending. A business changing. Leaving a community. Or waking up one day and realizing that something you invested your time, energy, resources, or even years of your life into is no longer aligned with who you are.
And underneath that can live an even deeper fear:
What will I lose if I let this go?
In this episode, Rosy explores the ancient splenic fear beneath Gate 32 and its relationship to survival, security, resources, belonging, preservation, and change.
She invites you to notice where you may be gripping something because it truly matters to you... and where you may be holding on because you're afraid of what releasing it might mean.
Through compassionate curiosity and a simple somatic practice of physically opening your hands and softening your grip, you'll be invited back into your body and the present moment.
Because perhaps the question isn't simply, Will this fail?
Perhaps it's:
What is worth preserving?
What is ready to be released?
And what could become possible if you made room for something more aligned?

What if you don't need to know what's going to happen next?
Gate 57 brings us into our third fear of Spleen Season: the fear of the future and the unknown.
It's the fear that can send the mind searching for certainty. Planning. Preparing. Predicting. Overthinking. Hesitating. Trying to figure out what comes next before we allow ourselves to move.
But while the mind travels into the future, the body remains here.
In this episode, Rosy explores Gate 57, the Gate of Intuitive Insight, and the invitation to return to the present moment when fear begins pulling us away from ourselves.
Through a simple somatic Being With practice, she'll guide you out of the mind and back into your senses, your breath, your body, and the truth of what is happening right now.
You'll also explore the many ways intuition can actually speak: goosebumps, an inexplicable knowing, a heightened sense, a physical leaning in or pulling away, or simply something in your body saying yes, this is true.
Because self-trust isn't built by knowing the future.
It's built by learning to hear yourself in the present.

What if the answer isn't more?
More information.
More preparation.
Another course.
Another planner.
Another person to tell you what to do.
Gate 48 brings us into the second fear of Spleen Season: the fear of inadequacy. The fear that we don't know enough, aren't ready enough, don't have enough, or somehow aren't enough.
And when we believe it, we can find ourselves endlessly seeking and striving for the thing outside of us that will finally make us feel ready.
But Gate 48 is also the energy of depth and wisdom, and its gift of resourcefulness invites us somewhere else entirely: back within.
In this episode, Rosy explores what it means to be with the fear of inadequacy without allowing it to become your identity. Through breath, presence, the felt sense of the body, and even a quiet morning watching the sun rise, she invites us to remember that we may already carry far more wisdom and resourcefulness than we realize.
And sometimes, returning to that knowing happens quietly on our own.
Sometimes, we need a trusted person to sit beside us and help us find our way back to what was already there.
You have all that you need within you in this present moment.

Welcome to Spleen Season, my friend.
For the next seven weeks, we're moving through some of our deepest instinctual fears, not to conquer them, fix them, or make them go away, but to practice being with them long enough to hear the wisdom they're here to bring.
We begin with Gate 18, the Gate of Correction, and an invitation into realignment.
This energy invites us to notice the judgments and criticisms we've carried, especially the ones we learned from authority figures and eventually began speaking over ourselves.
Where have you learned that you're too much? Not enough? Not ready? That you need to do more, be less, or get it perfect before you can move?
And what if correction doesn't have to mean condemnation?
In this episode, Rosy explores perfectionism, self-judgment, our adaptations to criticism and power structures, and the movement from the shadow of judgment into the gift of integrity.
Because this work isn't about fixing what's broken.
It's about becoming present enough to notice what is no longer in alignment and compassionately asking:
What change can I make to bring myself back into integrity with who I am?
Welcome to Spleen Season. There's a lot of wisdom here for us.

The seasons remind us that we were never meant to stay the same.
We are designed to initiate, grow, connect, release, rest, and begin again.
In this special Equinox episode of Solar Somatic Sessions, Rosy zooms out from the individual transits to explore a beautiful rhythm woven through the G Center: eight energies of love and direction that meet us at meaningful points throughout the year.
From the Winter Solstice to the Spring Equinox, through summer and all the way to where we are now at the Autumn Equinox, these eight gates offer us a kind of energetic compass.
Not to tell us where we should be.
But to remind us that every season of our lives has something meaningful to offer.
Because trusting your body isn't about expecting yourself to remain consistent. It's about learning to recognize the season you're in, listening for its wisdom, and allowing yourself to move with it.
And right now, as we enter Gate 46, the Love of the Body, we're invited to return to the experience of actually being here. In this body. In this life. Letting go of what is complete and opening our hands to what comes next.
So wherever you find yourself in your own season, this episode is an invitation to zoom out, soften the judgment, and remember:
You are not behind. You may simply be in a different season.

What if life doesn’t have to go the way you expected for you to delight in it?
From September 21–26, we move through Gate 46, the Love of the Body, arriving alongside the Autumn Equinox with an invitation to pause, take inventory, and return to love.
In the Gene Keys, Gate 46 moves from the shadow of Seriousness to the gift of Delight. And sometimes seriousness looks a lot like bracing against life: clenching, striving, worrying, replaying the past, projecting into the future, or holding tightly to how we thought things were supposed to go.
In this episode, we’re exploring what happens when we soften instead.
What can be released? What is ready to be harvested and celebrated? Where are expectations pulling you away from the life that’s actually happening? And can you open your hands, return to your body, and allow yourself to be surprised by how held, loved, and supported you really are?
As autumn begins, let this be your invitation to take life a little less seriously.
To laugh and learn.
To soften and allow.
To return to love.
And maybe even to live, love, and laugh your way through life.

What if conflict isn't something we're meant to avoid... but something we're meant to learn how to move through?
This week we're in Gate 6, the Gate of Friction, an emotional energy that asks us to get curious about what happens inside our bodies when things get uncomfortable.
Do you tighten?
Avoid?
People-please?
Push down what you're feeling to keep the peace?
Or offload the discomfort onto someone else so you don't have to hold it yourself?
Gate 6 reminds us that growth cannot exist without friction. The invitation isn't to eliminate conflict. It's to learn how to stay connected to ourselves inside of it.
Together, we're exploring the movement from the shadow of conflict into the gift of diplomacy and ultimately peace. We're talking emotional boundaries, safety, support, fawning and people-pleasing, radical responsibility, compassionate curiosity, and what becomes possible when we can witness another person's emotional experience without abandoning our own.
Because real harmony isn't created by keeping everyone else comfortable.
It begins with being willing to stay present with what's true inside of you.
And if this energy brings something up that you'd like a little support sitting with, come find my bonus episode, The Practice of Being With | A Somatic Experience. I'll walk through the practice with you.

Track the transits. Trust your body.
Gate 47 is the energy of realization, the place where the pieces of our lived experience can begin to click together and something that once felt heavy, confusing, or painful can finally reveal its wisdom.
But the realization can't be forced.
In this episode, we're exploring the movement from the shadow of oppression into the gift of transmutation, and the invitation to meet the old patterns, fears, anger, and stories that rise with compassion instead of immediately asking the mind to explain them away.
Because sometimes the very thing we're ready to move beyond is the thing asking us to finally turn toward it.
And this work isn't only about learning to hold what hurts. It's also about expanding our capacity to hold the good. Joy. Love. Peace. Pleasure. The goodness that gets to take up space as an old pattern begins to loosen its grip.
Gate 47 reminds us that we don't have to force the aha moment.
We can be with what is here.
We can soften.
We can stay curious.
And we can trust that the realization will come when it's ready.
If something rises for you during this transit, my bonus episode The Practice of Being With: A Somatic Experience is a beautiful place to actually practice this work alongside me.

This episode is a little different, my friend.
We're not going to learn about an energy.
We're not going to figure anything out.
We're going to practice being with what is already here.
The Practice of Being With is a gentle, guided somatic experience for the moments when you're already feeling something in your body. Anger. Hurt. Fear. Confusion. Tightness. Heaviness. Or maybe something you can't quite name yet.
Together, I'll guide you through four simple invitations:
Tell the truth.
What is actually true right now?
Take radical responsibility.
Not for what someone else may have done, but for staying with what is here instead of abandoning yourself inside of it.
Turn toward the body.
Notice the sensation without asking your mind to explain it.
Stay compassionately curious.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to force. Simply noticing what is here now.
There is no outcome we're trying to reach.
This is the practice.
The feeling is here. And you are learning that you can stay here with yourself, too.
Save this episode and come back whenever you need a little company returning to the wisdom of your body.
🤍
