Our today's guest, is originally from the US but has been based in Madrid, Spain since 2012. She is dedicated to the world of data, working as an Analytical Consultant at Google and an Adjunct Professor of Analytics at IE Business School. Alongside her corporate and academic work, she is a regular conference attendee and speaker supporting women in STEM and emerging technologies.

She is a part of Google #IAmRemarkable as well as run the initiative #bookaweekchallenge on LinkedIn. 

While discussing about working in a diverse culture, she mentioned that, its important to find that middle ground between your own working style and local cultural working style, it always bit of a both. Also, she mentioned that along with big data tools how it is important to pay equal attention to the big data project management and importance of Project Manager having solid understanding of the technology they use.

Our today's guest @Dennis R. Mortensen, is an expert in leveraging data to deliver business insights. A serial entrepreneur, who built and successfully exited several companies before founding x.ai in 2014. He is a recognized leader, author, and university instructor in the field of digital data and Analytics.

While talking about career choices, he mentioned that, try to have a one area as a life long career, perhaps you can do 8 or 10 ventures. Also if you love something then its very hard to distract yourself from it.

Also mentioned that, when it comes to start up focus on making a good product and happy customers, keep doing that and you are going to make something valuable which other people want to be part of it, invest in it, buy it or be an employee. 

It was a great discussion to explore his entrepreneurship journey and learn from it.

Hello Everyone, 

 Our today's guest @Manjiri Prabhu, she is an author of 15 international novels, Short film maker, Television Producer. 

 I would say she is in-born writer because she was knowing at the age of 7 that she would like to be a writer. Two of her books are launched by Dr. Shashi Tharoor and NRN.   

She has been acknowledged as a pioneer in India among women writers of mystery fiction, and she has a diverse global fan following. She has recently been chosen as one of 50 Inspiring Women of Maharashtra and also has been awarded for 'Excellence in Writing' by ERTC Global Herald, in Mumbai.  

 It was really pleasure to talk to someone, who is leading the writing space and has a great career in it. Though while talking about her career journey she mentioned that, it was a very tough journey but rewarding as well.
