Hello Everyone, 

 Our today's guest @Manjiri Prabhu, she is an author of 15 international novels, Short film maker, Television Producer. 

 I would say she is in-born writer because she was knowing at the age of 7 that she would like to be a writer. Two of her books are launched by Dr. Shashi Tharoor and NRN.   

She has been acknowledged as a pioneer in India among women writers of mystery fiction, and she has a diverse global fan following. She has recently been chosen as one of 50 Inspiring Women of Maharashtra and also has been awarded for 'Excellence in Writing' by ERTC Global Herald, in Mumbai.  

 It was really pleasure to talk to someone, who is leading the writing space and has a great career in it. Though while talking about her career journey she mentioned that, it was a very tough journey but rewarding as well.

The guest we have today is a hands-on consultant, trainer, and speaker with a mission to make data analysis skills as commonplace as skills with Excel. He founded Dave on Data to achieve this mission through the crafting and delivery of the best analytics training for all professionals - regardless of role. Previously, Dave held analytics leadership roles at Schedulicity, Data Science Dojo, and Microsoft. Dave has trained hundreds of professionals in the fundamentals of analytics and machine learning. Dave's YouTube tutorials have more than 2,000,000 combined views.  

We explored his career journey as well as topic related to Analytics. He explained the difference between "Data Analytics" and "Business Analytics" also importance of SQL.  

Also, when it comes to managing/leading a team he mentioned, how he always tries to help people learn certain skills as per their aspirations along their career path whichever that might be.  

While talking about book recommendations he mentioned two specific books one on Data Analysis and Second one on Statistics.

The guest we have today, @Howard Friedman, He is a Chief Data Scientist, Health Economist, Professor of Data Science @Columbia University and Writer.  

While exploring his multiple roles and responsibilities he mentioned that "I was not a good writer, but eventually I have learnt as well as still learning with multiple iterations and seeking feedback from smart readers." Now he has 100 publications and 7 Readbooks.  

Also, we discussed couple of topics around, statistics, data, real use case and approach to handle it as well as healthcare and real time challenges in predictive modeling.  

In last tips/advise segment he mentioned that, "Its important to listen and be humble when you are learning any field."

The guest we have today, Dr. Roshwanna, she is a CEO & Founder @EnrichHer and Techstar,  @LinkedIn #5 Top Voice in Technology, Author, Mentor and Wealth Advocate.  She is part of many good initiative including , @SXSW, @Bootstrap Capital, @Pipeline Angels, @Startup Funding and many more.  

We started with her very unique story of how she raised funding for her college education, and further we explored some of her work as well as initiatives.  

Also, while addressing the specific topic about, women who have a career gap due to family/kids responsibilities, household chores, start loosing their confidence and struggle a lot when it comes to do a career come back, as most of the times these household responsibilities have lesser importance when it comes to women who makes money from a career, she mentioned that, "its important to  remember that, if you are managing both you are amazing, also whichever situation you are in you are not alone, so may be build a community, where you can share resources, get help and many more"

We discussed couple of topics including, Data Strategy, Data Management, Machine Learning, AI and Leadership. While talking about strategy, he mentioned that, it is important to find how the AI and Data Driven companies can be together. Also, its important to make people understand that system can not replace the people and remove their resistance around the systems. The systems are only going to help, increase the efficiency.  

While talking about learning, he highlighted the point of learning from own mistakes and being flexible to learn any new technologies.

has a massive experience in System Architecture and Entrepreneurship. MIT SOLVE recognized his platform as the most promising work on the future solution in 2018.

While talking about giving back to the community, he shared his story about he started his career and how his organizations always support it. In coming week they are having a Feeding America fundraiser and AWS Deep racer. He shared some of his success stories from @colaberry.Inc 

We explored lot of things about colaberry Inc and Refactored.ai, including programs and services offered under it in datascienes, dataanalytics and AI.

We discussed about his career journey as well as how these three pillars Technology + Innovation  = Social Cause,  can be used more wisely for a larger mass. Also we covered topics in #manufacturing industries and #artificialintelligence

While talking about career choices he mentioned that "It's totally fine sometimes if someone has to make the career choices on the basis of priorities" , but one should always try to pursue their passion/interest, even though it might not be your career option or giving you any financial stability". 

He was very wise and I had a great time connecting and e-meeting him back again after 2018 DSGO conference.

Hello Everyone,

The Guest we have today- @Tarry Singh, He is a Columnist, Mentor, Writer, Public Speaker and CEO, Founder &Neuroscience AI Researcher @deepkaphs.ai. His work speaks more than my words.

Also, he mentioned that to lead any area of interest, it requires right aptitude as "Aptitude determines your Attitude". 

Leading is always about people wanting to go with you where you are going. He introduced the term MWA - Managing by Walking Around. :-)
