Should white students be accepted or even consider attending Historically Black College and Universities?

"The Talk" Black parents give their black children in order to 'hopefully' avoid being killed at a traffic top and survive in a white world.

Black Stereotypes which have permeated and steeped America in racism for centuries while trying to destroy, humiliate and degrade the black population.

This show is in response to comments received on Episode 11"White People Adopting Black Children". I questioned if these parents are giving black children "The Talk" and what the talk is. I also want to know if black culture being discussed/incorporated in their upbringing. People think my comments were mean and hateful and I'm against adoption. I'm not. It was my opinion and questions regarding adoptions.
