The paradigm has not shifted in the area of good and evil. Just because popular culture says that evil is good still doesn't change the truth! It's wrong to penalize good behavior, or make good citizens pay for the crimes of others. Yet as bizarre as this seems this is exactly what is happening today! We are celebrating and rewarding wrong behavior while we mock and penalize right behavior. Is the Church ready to stand up for Jesus?

And God has appointed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, various kinds of tongues. - 1 Corinthians 12:28 *emphasis added

Many people are unaware that you can find the Ministry Helps in the bible. Helps is more about having a right heart than any gifting and everyone in the Body of Christ is able to serve in the Ministry of Helps. But what exactly is the Ministry of Helps?

Have you met Jesus? Do you know him on a deep and personal level? When we truly encounter God we can no longer live for self and we have an understanding of our covenant! To truly know Him is to share how His love has change our lives.

Have you ever starting using your faith and stepping out with a new found trust in God ?

Inevitably someone tests your resolve to bring doubt! When David fought Goliath, his faith was tested, not by the giant but by the doubts of his own brothers. Yet David was still able to see faiths opportunity, confess his faith and to seize the opportunity. Are you ready to slay the giant in your life?

The word prophet comes from the Greek word prophetes. It means "To speak for another". While many people think that prophets should know everything he will only give words as the Spirit wills. In fact true prophets have to be commanded of God to speak. A prophet is like a mail man in that he delivers messages from God that others "forgot" to pick up. Have you checked your mailbox recently?

Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. Through their faith, the people in days of old earned a good reputation. By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen. - Hebrews 11:1-3 NLT

Remember Faiths Three Parts: 1) Seeing is faiths opportunity, 2) Speaking is faiths confession, 3) Claiming or possessing is faiths action. Elijah had a great victory on Mt. Carmel because he had the faith to claim victory over 850 false prophets (1 Kings 18). Are we willing to claim the victory that Jesus has given to us?

How we view grace will determine what we believe regarding salvation. We are living in the dispensation of grace because of the atoning work of Jesus Christ. However with many churches stressing only grace, is it possible the church is offering a watered down version of grace? As Christians the Word of God is not optional but mandatory and reflects the heart of a believer. Grace is there to help us follow the Word of God.

Faith always starts with seeing, not with human vision but seeing through God's eyes. Through the Holy Spirit we are able to see things others can not see! We can never have faith without spiritual vision.

Evangelists have an unquenchable intensity to see people not following Jesus start following Him. They are recruiters to the cause, they are gatherers and tend to pull the outside world together with the inside world of the church. They influence fellowship around the message of Christ. They tend to move with great boldness with power and authority in their words. They are fearless when proclaiming the good news of salvation however this does not necessarily mean that they have a naturally bold personality but when they are stirred by Holy Spirit to speak God’s truth they become bold.

Faith may not keep you out of the furnace, but it will deliver you from it's flames. Faith may not keep you from a trip to the lions den, but it will deliver you from sudden death. Faith may not keep you from the flood, but it will provide an ark of refuge. Faith may not keep you from the giants, but it will provide a way of victory.
