“We all have an incurable disease - it’s death.” .001% That’s the percent of people in America diagnosed with the disease Scleroderma. It’s a disease that thickens a person’s skin and organs, shutting down the organs of the body and causing up to 40 other diseases. It is, in reality, a death sentence. On this week’s show, Tom Wimsatt talks about the day he was diagnosed with the disease that gave him about 8 years to live. He’s 4 years into that 8 year journey, and he says it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to him! The physical and spiritual journey that he has been on is one he never could have imagined.

John Jordan is the guest on this week’s show. He tells Kurt and Chad about his most exciting hunting trip ever - a grizzly bear hunt in a very remote part of Alaska. What John didn’t realize was that while he was hunting a trophy grizzly, God was hunting him. God’s love and blunt honesty forced him to finally confront his alcoholism, and get the help he needed. It’s a great story of hope and redemption.
