Chef Elizabeth is the owner and creator of Pharm Table, which is "arguably the only anti-inflammatory restaurant of its kind." In this conversation, Chef Elizabeth shares her inspiration behind creating Pharm Table and how it’s enabling her to show up as a powerful agent of change regarding mitigating chronic inflammation, the main culprit behind so many of today’s health issues.
She takes us through her early mesoamerican influences and the impact it has had on her food preparation and relationship to food, her unique background in multi-disciplinary studies like Anthropology, Culinary Arts and Ayurvedic medicine to deeply understand the healing capacity food offers us.
