SOLO | How to Navigate Bad Mental Health Days

Bad mental health days can be so confusing and frustrating -- the days where we feel off, could be categorized as "no bones" days, or days we recognize a dip in our mental health. I think we all have bad mental health days because we're all human and live with responsibilities and pressures that can feel really heavy sometimes.

I've had a lot of these days and have put a lot of thought into why they happen and what I can do to decrease the frequency and the intensity of my bad mental health days. It can be done! In this episode, I'm speaking from my personal experience and sharing both practical and introspective ways to reframe our bad days.
