[Solo Sesh] Evolving Past Survival Mode

Listen Later

Do you struggle to live outside of survival mode? Are you afraid to let yourself evolve?

Whether it be dieting or dating, it’s hard to admit we’ve grown past our basic needs. Men no longer need to procreate to keep humanity alive, and our bodies no longer need to be in weight-gaining survival mode, so realistically,“biology” doesn’t define us. With the world expanding every day, Chrystal encourages us to grow with it and let ourselves thrive. Ultimately, we have the agency to make better choices, and giving excuses will only hold us back.

No matter what society tells us, we have grown past basic survival. Learn more about not feeling stuck with our bodies, dealing with trolls, and how to stop using biology as an excuse for our behavior.
