Today on the Self Love Breakfast Club we talk about Impostor Syndrome. When Chrystal first began coaching she reached out to her ideal client, and despite having a very positive experience, it left Chrystal with her first serious case of Impostor syndrome. Chrystal goes on to describe the feeling of inadequacy she experienced, the frustration she felt with herself when she realized that her insecurities were unfounded, and the pressure she put on herself to make this client’s sessions really good. Today Chrystal explains how experiences like these never feel good but they give us the opportunities to grow, to stretch into that space, and to step into the person we are meant to be. Tune in to find out what to ask yourself when you’re experiencing impostor syndrome to reach the root of the problem, find grace for yourself, and learn to validate yourself, so that you too can overcome imposter syndrome, experience growth, and walk away with a sense of gratitude for the experience.
