I spent $367 on 3 items in 2025 that completely changed my body and life forever. In today's episode- I share about these items with you alongside the routine I've created to reflect over the years.
Reflection has never been my strong suit- it's been hard for me to train myself to slow down and review all of the things I've done. What I've learned is that if I take the time to slow down- I'm much more likely to catch things I actually don't want in my life any more... and THAT is worth it to me. Alongside that- I am also confronted with the amazing progress I've made- which means I also need to take the time to celebrate it!
