It Gave Me The Confirmation That I Could Do Puerto Rican Influenced Fine Dining Tasting Menus And Get Away From The Conventional Methods Of "Fine Dining". There Is A Black&Brown Chef Renaissance Happening In Oakland As I Write This. Redefining What A Fine Dining Experience Looks And Feels Like. No Longer Will We Feel Stuffy Or Have To Follow A Dress Code To Be Accepted, Better Yet There Won't Be Anybody Telling You To
"Tone It Down". These Gentleman Are Their True Authentic Selves, And They Exemplify This Everyday Through The Work. They Detail Their Experiences Honestly, and Shine Light On The Struggle That Every Human Must Go Through If You Truly Want To Do Something Great, Something Life-Changing, Something That Will Impact The World Forever.
