Creational laws and recommendations

When I first came across the Creation-energy teaching writings of ‹Billy› Eduard Albert Meier I kept
seeing references to the ‘creational laws and recommendations’. After only a short while I had the
thought “well, where are these laws and recommendations written down?” and “there must be a
document/book with all the laws and recommendations in it”. I soon realised no such document or
book existed.
Regarding the creational laws and recommendations, it is important to understand what is meant
by the term ‘creational laws and recommendations’, so what are the creational laws and
recommendations?
To start with one should have a good idea of what the term ‘Creation’ means. If you are reading this
article/newsletter you are more than likely to have, at least, a rudimentary knowledge of the FIGU
material so it’s not necessary to deal too thoroughly with looking at what the Creation actually is.
Interestingly, Billy recently clarified what is to be understood by the term Creation, in Contact
Report 900 (30/10/2024), so it seems appropriate to include his words here:
