I am so excited to share my continued studies, realization and practices with how we can shift our awareness and really soothe and heal our emotional pain with the use of our yoga and higher consciousness. I have been learning so much from Michael Singer, teaching about our feelings of not ok-ness a lot of us are experiencing on the inside are a lot about our re-orienting our awareness of who we really are, and how we can feel and find that peace, love and happiness we think we're looking outside for from the inside, at all times.
