After listening to small business owners for years complain about employees its time for change. The people who will listen to this and not get it are the ones that need it the most. I am on a mission to help business owners who truly want to impact their community and the families in it. Holy crap this is amazing. If you don't get something out of this...stop listening. Joe is as genuine as they get. His customer first mentality has made him not only a business leader but also a community icon. There is real power in being able to step away from your business to network or go visit potential customers. So many business owners are fearful to let go.....because they don't empower their staff. At first it may be tough but it pays off in the long run.
