Although I will be posting on here on a weekly bases as the new goal, I will be taking a break from most social media. Not sure for how long at this point, but timing is just right as I ramp up training again for this years goals in the marathon, and start to travel/work more events. Time to disconnect from a lot of the outside noise that can sometimes fill our heads and time, not in a bad way, but to get back to more present self. Am I doing things for the myself? On my own terms and schedule? These episodes will be sent out to people close to me, but if you feel like it’s worth sharing, feel free to do so, and hope y’all follow along.
