Welcome to this first EFT tapping podcast for the platform. 

I woke this morning with complete overwhelm as to all the craziness going on surrounding the C-Vi. I knew that it wasn't going to be super productive to bring that energy into my day so I decided to tap on it, and to record the tapping for anyone else who's at the edge of ENOUGH lately. 

To tap along, start on the karate chop point of your hand, then move onto the top of the head, third eye (between the brows), temples, under the eyes, above the mouth (under the nose), under the mouth, clavicles, under the arms at the bra-line (if you're not, just pretend you're wearing a bra) and then tap the wrists together before you start the cycle again.

Remember to drink loads of water.
