On Sunday, Pastor Tato continued our series on the letters to the churches in Revelation with a sermon on the importance of being in the world but not becoming the world! The church in Thyatira had great works and qualities that would have made this, the church to imitate. However, being in a city where social life and careers were intertwined with pagan worship, they began to tolerate sinful practices and mindsets that infiltrated the church and through deceitful teaching, corrupted who they were called to be!
