1. Start your day with a mindful breath, gentle stretches and a good breakfast.
2. During your day at work, stop every now and then to take in some breaths, (when you're going in an elevator for example), to stretch at your desk.
3. During the evening do some calming activity like reading a book or a taking a warm bath.
4. Take day trips or weekend get aways and continue these habits even when you go away.
