The list of white people or non-black people being invited to this “cookout” grows as the days go by. From viral tweets to videos, I found myself irritated at the trivialization of Black issues & oppression. #NobodyIsInvitedToTheCookout

The Body Positivity Movement has major critiques on its radical encouragment & overall mission. This is my opinion on the movement as a whole & subtopics that need to be discussed.

This episode hits close to home. I lost someone very close to me who had part in making me who I am. Death will never be an easy pill to swallow, but we must press on to heal from the loss of our loved ones.

Celebrating people may not be easy for everyone, but in this episode I give some tips & example of how I celebrate those around me. I encourage you to do the same. At the end of each episode I'll include a vibe (song) that I think you check out!
