In this episode we sit down with Destiny and Myra, the creators of ABC Conversation Cards and discuss how to have positive conversations between mother's and daughters. We also discuss how these conversation cards can be use to between any parent and child. As our children get older it can become more and more difficult to connect with them.  In this conversation we discuss tools that we can use to build strong bonds with our children from an early age to insure that we have open communication with them as they grow older. Destiny and Myra the creators of ABC Conversations created these conversation cards from a therapist point of view but also used their personal experiences to really be able to dig deep and create cards that really challenge the relationship to be great!
